About

Making premium sun care more accessible to emerging brands.

Our story

A problem worth solving.

Jobe Biolab was created after its founder encountered a recurring problem: emerging beauty brands could find excellent ideas and willing customers, but accessing professionally produced sunscreen often required order quantities far beyond what an early-stage brand could responsibly commit to.

The formulation standards weren't the barrier. The minimums were. And behind the minimums were longer timelines, regulatory complexity, and products that, in many cases, didn't perform across the range of skin tones the brands were trying to serve.

Jobe Biolab exists to help reduce that barrier — through carefully selected private-label programs, clear communication, accessible starting quantities, and professional standards that emerging brands can rely on.

Founder

Ndey Isatou Jobe

Founder, Jobe Biolab LLC

Ndey Isatou Jobe is a Harvard-trained biostatistician and beauty entrepreneur. Her background in quantitative research and evidence-informed evaluation shaped the standards Jobe Biolab applies when selecting private-label programs — prioritizing product quality, wearability across skin tones, formulation integrity, and professional regulatory coordination.

Jobe Biolab grew from the founder's experience building Nordic Skin, where sourcing professionally manufactured sunscreen at an accessible minimum order proved unusually difficult. That experience — navigating supplier minimums, regulatory requirements, and formula evaluation for a growing brand — informed the structure and standards Jobe Biolab brings to emerging brands today.

Jobe Biolab LLC is registered in Arizona, United States.

Principles

How we work.

Access

Emerging brands deserve a realistic entry point.

High minimums should not be the reason a well-positioned brand cannot add sun care. We structure programs around starting quantities that make sense for growing businesses.

Clarity

Clients should understand the product before committing.

We provide full program details — specifications, pricing, packaging, and limitations — before any order is placed. No surprises after payment.

Thoughtful selection

Products evaluated for the real customer.

Technical specifications matter. So does how a product performs across a range of skin tones, how it feels on the skin, and how it fits a brand's standards.

Professional standards

Labeling, documentation, and coordination handled carefully.

Sunscreen sold in the United States is regulated as an OTC drug. We coordinate required documentation and labeling guidance within each selected program.

Honesty

We say what we can and cannot do.

If a requested format, quantity, timeline, or claim is outside what the current program supports, we say so — before a project begins, not after.

Partnership

A long-term relationship, not a single transaction.

We work with brands that are building something serious — and we structure programs to support growth over time, not just a first order.
