Process

A clear path from
inquiry to launch.

Why we exist, how we work, and what happens at every stage — so you know what to expect before committing.

Our story

A problem worth solving.

Jobe Biolab was created after its founder encountered a recurring problem: emerging beauty brands could find excellent ideas and willing customers, but accessing professionally produced sunscreen often required order quantities far beyond what an early-stage brand could responsibly commit to.

The formulation standards weren't the barrier. The minimums were. And behind the minimums were longer timelines, regulatory complexity, and products that, in many cases, didn't perform across the range of skin tones the brands were trying to serve.

Jobe Biolab exists to help reduce that barrier — through carefully selected private-label sun care, clear communication, accessible starting quantities, and professional standards that emerging brands can rely on.

Principles

How we work.

Access

Emerging brands deserve a realistic entry point.

High minimums should not be the reason a well-positioned brand cannot add sun care. We structure our terms around starting quantities that make sense for growing businesses.

Clarity

Clients should understand the product before committing.

We provide full details — specifications, pricing, packaging, and limitations — before any order is placed. No surprises after payment.

Thoughtful selection

Products evaluated for the real customer.

Technical specifications matter. So does how a product performs across a range of skin tones, how it feels on the skin, and how it fits a brand's standards.

Professional standards

Labeling, documentation, and coordination handled carefully.

Sunscreen sold in the United States is regulated as an OTC drug. We coordinate required documentation and labeling guidance within each selected product.

Honesty

We say what we can and cannot do.

If a requested format, quantity, timeline, or claim is outside what we currently support, we say so — before a project begins, not after.

Partnership

A long-term relationship, not a single transaction.

We work with brands that are building something serious — and we structure our terms to support growth over time, not just a first order.

01

Inquiry

Complete the inquiry form to tell us about your brand. We review every inquiry individually before responding with the appropriate next step.

We collect

  • Brand name & contact
  • Website or social profile
  • Requested quantity
  • Target launch date
  • Desired product format
  • Packaging preferences
  • Target customer
  • Current business stage

02

Review

Once we've reviewed your inquiry, we provide current product details including product specifications, customization options, pricing, packaging configuration, labeling requirements, and timeline expectations.

This is where you have the information needed to decide whether it is the right fit for your brand — with no commitment required at this stage.

03

Brand assets

If you'd like to proceed, you submit your approved brand assets — logo, product name, label artwork, and any required product claims for review.

Client submits

  • Approved logo and brand name
  • Product name
  • Label artwork in required format
  • Any requested product claims for review

04

Review and approval

Before production begins, you review and approve all details in writing. This includes product specifications, packaging configuration, artwork, label content, pricing, and timeline.

No production begins until written approval is received.

05

Payment and production

Production is confirmed after all required approvals and payment are received. Current payment terms are provided during the review stage.

Timelines are estimates and are confirmed at the time of production based on current manufacturing availability.

06

Quality review and shipment

Before shipment, a pre-shipment review is conducted. You are notified when your order is ready to ship, along with tracking information and any relevant documentation.

Shipping and delivery details are confirmed during the review stage based on your delivery address and order requirements.
